The staff here are phenomenal. They see me 1 to 4 times each week and are always friendly. Prompt service, reliable package delivery, UPS has a loyal customer in me.
Not happy. Grandson sent an orchid from ProFlowers (clearly marked in big letters on the side, several times too). Delivered on Thursday - frigid weather on Thursday - at 2:41 to back patio NO EFFORT TO SEE IF ANYONE WAS HOME OR ALERT ANYONE IN THE HOME THAT A "PACKAGE" HAD BEEN DELIVERED!!!! By the time we had discovered that there was something sent it was after 7:30 that night and the orchid for Valentines was dead! WTH ? Where's the SERVICE you're supposed to be providing??
