Ordered a hot chocolate got all the way home and it was coffee, called the store and they pretty much accused us of lying and they want $15 a hour for a $5 effort, pathetic.
Just ordered coffee with French Vanilla and 2 creamers, 10 munchkins, and an Almond joy hot cocoa and the gal screwed up 2 of the 3 things! Restrooms were clean and coffee hot, donuts fresh.
Not to pleased with this place over priced never have what i want to order every time i go one of the machines are down and when you mention something about it even the manager gives you attitude i miss the friendly staff from niagara falls
It was horrible. Didn't have the items we wanted. Tried to over charge me. Extremely slow. The entire place is a train wreck from start to finish.
